Q Series is a collection of health and wellness screening apps. Each app focuses on a specific area — from heart age and stress to cognitive health and more. They use smartphone sensors (camera, gyroscope) combined with validated questionnaires to provide educational health insights.
No. All Q Series apps are self-screening and educational tools only. They do not provide medical diagnoses. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
PPG (photoplethysmography) uses your phone's rear camera and flashlight to detect subtle color changes in your fingertip caused by blood flow. This allows the app to measure heart rate and heart rate variability. Make sure to cover the camera and flash completely with your fingertip for accurate readings.
Yes. All measurement data is stored locally on your device by default. If you opt in to anonymous research data sharing, only anonymized, non-identifiable data is collected. You can review our full privacy policy for each app from our home page.
You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app from your device, or by using the reset/clear data option within each app's settings. If you have opted into research data sharing and wish to request deletion of anonymized data, please contact us via email.
Q Series apps are available for iOS devices (iPhone). Some apps require specific hardware features such as a rear camera with flash or gyroscope. Check each app's App Store listing for specific requirements.
